Making Jesus Real  Week 10 Term 2

Next Monday, our Year 6 leaders are going to be leading workshops with the students from Preprimary to Year 5, on strategies to deal with conflict and bullying behaviours. They have prepared ‘real everyday’ situations in which they will encourage the students to think and practise ways of dealing with behaviours in an assertive manner, but is grounded in our Making Jesus Real programme. Thank you to our staff Well-Being Committee, Miss Zurzolo and Year 6 for preparing this session to assist our students.

Milo Mondays for St Vincent De Paul

Many thanks to all the students who have been buying a cup of warm milo each Monday morning to support the Vinnies Winter Appeal.  Big thanks to our parents who have been generously supporting our fundraising. We can’t even imagine what it must be like for families in our community that are living in the cars on these cold nights.  This is the reality for many families in Perth. So far, we have raised $200. Every dollar that we raise goes to helping children and families in need. 

P&F Crown Raffle

Final Quiz Night Raffle – Crown Gift Card. Tickets were sent home on Wednesday 23rd June with the eldest child. Tickets are $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00. Please return your tickets and payment to the Admin Office no later than Thursday 1st July. Winner drawn at Friday’s assembly, 2nd July.

Year 5 class have been researching countries of Europe and North America and created Party Budgets in Maths!
