School Photographs

School photographs will take place on Monday 14th March.  All classes from Kindy to Year 6, and all individual students, will have their photographs taken. Pre-Kindy photos will take place on Tuesday 15th March.  A photograph envelope will be sent home this week.  Envelopes, with full payment, need to be returned to the administration office by Tuesday 8th March.  Envelopes can be returned via the class note bags or dropped into the P&F letterbox outside the administration office.

Making Jesus Real 2022

This fortnight our focus is on being friendly.

A big part of our Making Jesus Real program is about FRIENDSHIP. Friends are one of life’s greatest treasures.  How fortunate we are to maintain friendships that we have made over the years.  Right through life we meet people who become friends – people who will help you on your journey through life. 

One of our MJR activities is to reflect on what makes a good friend.  If you are a positive person – show interest, kindness, being helpful, friendly and tolerant – people will show that back if you are a GIVER.  Some people are TAKERS in friendship.  They are only in it for themselves.  They give little of themselves and they are demanding of others. 

ASH WEDNESDAY PRAYER SERVICES

Apologies for the mix up on the term planner for the date of Ash Wednesday this year. 

Ash Wednesday is on the 2nd March. 

Due to the ongoing Covid situation, Fr Joseph will bless the ashes on Tuesday 1st March for us and the children will receive their ashes in a classroom prayer service on Ash Wednesday.   

TONGAN RELIEF APPEAL

Year Four Good News

In Year 4 we have been experimenting with line, colour and texture to create lovely art pieces in time for St Valentine’s Day!
